Sold a drawing!
Happy days! last year I did a coloured pencil portrait of another member of Artforums.co.uk as part of a portrait challence that used to run on there....and she's just bought it from me! well, we arranged a swap, the drawing for some new art materials for me. Well chuffed!

Thanks Ben. I'm really looking forward to seeing the drawing 'in real life' so to speak. You've captured my typical expression (half a look of concern and half of concentration!) brilliantly.

ReplyDeleteBen, I was looking through your work and as this portrait came into view I said to myself I know that face. I used to go on that art forum and remember Julie from there. I hope that gives you a buzz to know that I recognised her before reading any of the write up. Well done!
